“I met Enrique Diaz, who is a Pranic Healing and CranioSacral Therapy Practitioner. I arranged with Enrique to try the CranioSacral Therapy. My first session was an exposure session and having no idea what to expect I was quite surprised...my body actually felt like it was healing itself. I can’t really explain it other than my brain seemed to be sending signals to certain areas of my body to establish full cooperation with those parts of my body for healing purposes....my breathing, which I normally take for granted, became a “healing type of breathing”. It was a very therapeutic and “healing time”.
The CranioSacral Therapy session was intense....triggering memories/issues from childhood that I probably had never dealt with before and helping me resolve them through physical, emotional and I believe spiritual expressions. I went on a journey from childhood to the present and my body once again felt as though it was healing itself through a strong mind/ body connection that I had never experienced in the past. The last part of my session was comprised mostly of visions that were extremely lucid...there was so much clarity that these visions really seemed more real than as if I was experiencing them live in person. This was all quite extraordinary. The visions had a motivating, inspiring and healing message layered in them. ”
