Journey with the Whale Spirit during this 3-day session teaching us its wisdom to Breathe, Create and Manifest from our greatest depths.

Day 1 “BREATHE”- Free up your creative energies that lie dormant within you as the Whale teaches us the gift of the Breath using a unique breathing technique.

Day 2 “ CREATE”- Sing your own song and tap into your creative talents learning from the Whale how to create through sound and song.

Day 3 “MANIFEST”- Breach out of your creative waters and physicalize your creativity going deep within yourself with the whale’s guidance.

Come show your Power and Magnificence of your creativity of your life on the physical level.

CLASS DETAILS:

• 7:30 am - 8:30 am

• Sundays 2/11, 2/18 & 3/3

• $33 all sessions or $20 single session

• Kalepolepo Beach Park (Meet by the canoes Next to the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary) 726 S Kihei Rd.

NOTE:

• Arrive early for parking

• Classes are NON-refundable

• Back Pack, Journal, Pen, Water, Sandwhich/Snack, Sunglasses, Hat, Sun Protection, Yoga Mat

• Enjoy the beach so bring your Swimsuit, Towel & Change of Clothes.
