This easy “LEVEL 1” Exploration you will learn simple, fun and interactive step by step guidelines for communicating and connecting with Nature by Asking, Listening and Deciphering the messages you receive.

An added bonus discover how your birth sign can benefit from Nature.

You will hike on a private estate where you will learn its ‘CULTURAL HISTORY’ and the ‘FLORA’ of the location . Also we will do Breathwork, Movement and Toning activities to open the body and connect easier with Nature.

The use of your journal will come in handy to give you time to write or sketch any messages that come to you.

We will be doing a bit of ‘Earth Healing Work’ to send assistance, healing and blessings to our family, friends, community and planet.

  The ‘LAND PRESERVATION ACTIVITY’ will be a light yard work as we give back to the land by maintaining it.

An opportunity maybe available to dip in the ‘Natural Pools’ and ‘Streams’ that flow through the estate all based on water levels and condition.
